Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions racing communities ask most about buying, running, renewing, and troubleshooting a managed Assetto Corsa server with RockaHosting.

About RockaHosting

What is RockaHosting?
RockaHosting is managed Assetto Corsa server hosting for races, practice sessions, championships, and freeroam events. You buy access to your own server and run it from a dashboard.
Do I need to know anything about servers?
No. You pick a plan and we prepare and manage the Assetto Corsa server environment for you. You choose the car, track, weather, and session format from the dashboard.
What is ACSM?
ACSM stands for Assetto Corsa Server Manager. It is the server manager you get access to through your RockaHosting dashboard.

Plans and pricing

How much does a server cost?
Each plan on the server plans page shows its price for a 30-day period. The plan you choose also determines the features available in your server.
What access periods can I choose?
At checkout you can choose 30, 60, or 90 days. We sell the access in the multiple of 30 days period. In case you want to order for more than 90 days, please use renew button inside My Services.
What is the difference between the plan variants?
We have 2 variants, Circuit-focused server that using original acServer, and Freeroam-focused server that using assettoserver. acServer are the official Kunos server which should be able to support all Assetto Corsa features such creating a race weekends, and championship and it will create results after every session. While assettoserver have more feature towards Freeroam such as AI traffic, and Touge Battle.

Payment

What payment methods can I use?
Currently, we only support QRIS via our payment provider. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider.
When is my server activated?
Only after your order is paid and the payment is confirmed on our side. Creating an order by itself does not activate a server.
Why does the payment page say my payment expired or failed?
A pending payment expires if it is left unpaid. The order is then not activated, and you can create a new payment session to try again.
Do I get an account if I check out as a guest?
Yes. Checking out as a guest creates a RockaHosting account using the email address you provide, along with a temporary password. You must change that password after your first login.

Your server and dashboard

How do I know when my server is ready?
We will email you when your payment is confirmed and again when your server is ready. You can also follow the progress from your My services and orders pages.
How do I access my server after payment?
When the service-ready email arrives, open the dashboard from My services or use the server address and login details included in that email. The dashboard lets you start, stop, and restart your server and view live logs. If you do not have admin access to your dashboard, contact support.
Can I share server access with a teammate?
If you want your teammate to manage your race server, you can create new account inside ACSM dashboard. Keep in mind that login credentials for RockaHosting account and ACSM dashboard is different. If you need another person to access your RockaHosting instance (to start/stop/restart or view logs from the service), Please contact support and we will help with your request.

Renewals, expiry, and interruptions

How do I renew my server?
Renew from My services. A renewal extends the same server under the same name and keeps your content, so you do not start over.
What happens when my access period ends?
We email you a reminder before your access period ends. Once it expires, your server is stopped and your data is retained for a limited time. Renew from My services to reactivate under the same name and keep your content.
What if my server stops working before it expires?
Contact support with your order number. We review each case to determine whether the cause is your own race server configuration or our infrastructure and act accordingly.

Refunds and support

Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not issue refunds. If you would like to try the service first, we recommend starting with the 30 days plan.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact page and include your order number so we can look into your case. Never send payment credentials or full card details in support messages.
Something is wrong with my payment or activation.
Contact support with your order number. Questions about failed activation or duplicate charges are handled through support.
